It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Lee Mew of Seneca, South Carolina, born in Andrews, South Carolina, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Benjamin Mew and Norma Lee Delk; and his brother Howard Albert Mew (Buddy). He is survived by: his wife Mary Olive Baxley Mew; his daughter Rosalyn Lee Mew Pitts (Blake); his grandchildren, Landen, Lawton and Mae Lee; his nephew Al Mew, Jr. (Susan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, John-Paul and Benjamin of Roanoke, V. A; his nephew Wilson Mew (Kelli); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cody and Madi of York, S. C.; his nephew John Mew (Amy); and also Saylor.
