He was predeceased by: his wife Lottie Ann Garcia of Seneca, SC; his parents, Antonio Juarez Garcia and Hazel Salinas Garcia; and his siblings, Ramon Garcia, Sr., Mary Ann Castellon, Lucy Escobar and Gina Briggs.

He is survived by: his sons, Michael Anthony Garcia (Kristie Garcia) and Patrick Andrew Garcia (Rachael Small); his brothers, Jim Garcia and Andy Garcia; his grandchildren, Hannah Garcia Cox, Rachel Garcia and Luke Willis; and his great grandchildren, Madelyn Cox, Aubree Willis and Myles Willis.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (170 Bountyland Rd, Seneca, SC 29672). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at the Heritage Memorial Gardens (4500 SC-11, Westminster, SC 29693).
