She was predeceased by: her husband Otto Olridge Kelley, Sr. of Seneca; her parents, Jesse Christopher and Mary Irene Petty Lyle; her sons, Otto O. Kelley, Jr. and Jimmy Kelley; and her siblings, Bud Lyle, Mary Lou Lyle, Hazel Lee, Dot Smith, Juanita Lyle, Ruby Culp and Earline Brucke.

She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda K. Smith (Kent) and Teresa Kelley; her sisters, Jane McClain and Ruth Blackwell; her grandchildren, Jesse Kelley (Jessica), Toni Crocker (Michael), Zack Smith, Caleb Smith (Lexie) and Hannah Belcher (Chris); her great grandchildren, Cassody (Gavin), Zachary, Elijah, David, Landon, Adaline, Blaine, Lexton and Lawson; and her great great grandchild Ivy.
