He was predeceased by: his father Willard L. Necaise Sr.; his wife Evon Freeman Necaise; and his brother Eddy Necaise of Gulfport, Mississippi.. He is survived by: his children, Penny Stith (Joey) of Atkinson and Timothy Necaise (Ann Marie) of Morehead City; his stepdaughters, Lynne Allen (Ray) of Atlanta and Tonya Crosby; his sister Rose McBrayer (Jerry) of Georgia; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Olivia, Spencer, Andrew and Austin; and his stepgrandchildren, Mark, Jacob Allen, Emily and Brooke Crosby.
