He was predeceased by: his father Walter Van Gieson. He is survived by: his mother Joan Van Gieson; his wife Nancy Van Gieson; his siblings, Joseph (Susan), Peter (Maureen), David and Debby; and his nephews, Eric, Jody, Robert, Matthew and Bradley. He is also survived by many great-nieces/nephews.
