He was predeceased by: his parents, Dovelt Collins and Doris L. Collins; and his sister Therese Collins. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becki" Collins of Coward; his sons, Derrick Collins (Danielle) and Lance; his brother Chad Collins (Sherry) of Florence; his grandchildren, Kaleb and Kamryn Collins of Coward; his niece Allison Collins of Florence; and his pet Rocky.
