It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walton Bedney Locklair of Scranton, South Carolina, who passed away on September 16, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bedney Locklair and Virginia "Jenny" Barfield Locklair; and his siblings, Maggie Lee, Lilly Marie Strickland, Samuel "Boy" Locklair, Isa Mae Tedder, Leonard Locklair, Thelma Odom, Sybil Locklair, Louise Lee, Edward Locklair and Hazel Hutchinson.
He is survived by: his wife Alma Welch Locklair; his son Walt Locklair (Selena) of Turbeville; his grandsons, Chase and Tyler Locklair; his cousin Richard Floyd; his nieces, Margaret McKenzie (Mike) and Margie Matthews; his nephew Mitchell Locklair; and his great-niece Jessie Douglas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and family.
