She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Hicks and Effie Alice Powell Hicks; her son Barry Deleon Bailey; and her siblings, Jack Hicks, Billy Hicks, Bud Hicks, Toby Hicks, Jessi Creel and Bertie Powell.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Bailey of Scranton; her daughter Susan McKnight (Robbie) of Effingham; and her grandson Austin McKnight of Effingham.
