It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shell Carmon Jr. (Scranton, South Carolina), born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on August 8, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Shell Cannon Carmon, Sr. and Bela Lee Carmon; and his siblings, Lovie Lee, Margaret Elmore, Addie Crawford, Iva Lee Stewart, Lissie Rapp, Doris Crawford, Baby Cathrene Carmon and Barnwell Carmon.
He is survived by: his sister Shirley Carmon Parrott; and his nieces and nephews, Connie Branham, Shelby Anderson (Larry), Linda Miles (Mitchell), Judy Mishowe, Wanda Grooms, Beverly Player, Dr. Karen McCutcheon, Elaine Evans (Mike), Brenda Newsome (Tommy), Larry Stewart and Mitchell Crawford (Nancy).
