He is survived by: his siblings, Nelson Delmar Willoughby of Scranton and Mildred E. "Sinky" Ham (Kelley) of Scranton; and his nieces and nephews, Jason Willoughby of Scranton, Charles Willoughby of Scranton, Sarah Wilkinson of Pawley's Island and Mary Maness of Rockingham, NC.
