We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2023, at the age of 63, Sam Lamar Miles of Scranton, South Carolina, born in Florence, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Eugene Miles, Jackie M. Cole and Ella Ann "Sissy" M. Parnell; and his close friend Benny Springs. He is survived by: his parents, Delter Miles and Barbara M. Miles of Scranton; his daughters, Brooks Martin (James) of Scranton and Dana Epps (Tyler) of Pickens; his grandchildren, Gayge Miles, Sawyer Martin, Waylon Epps and Weston Epps; the mother of his children Wanda Miles; his sister Trenda Miles McKenzie of Scranton; his son Duke; and his friends, Paul Nexen and Darrel Parrott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
