He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Matthews Parker; his parents, Levi Parker and Vienna Springs Parker; his daughter Melanie L. Parker; and his sister Faye Carolyn Parker.
He is survived by: his son Matthew Levi Parker of Lake City; his siblings, Barbara Parker Coker of Kingstree and Roger Parker (Bobbie Jo) of Lake City; and his niece Charlene McLendon of Lake City.
