He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Cook and Frances Gaskins Cook. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Driggers (Tex) of Florence, Roy Cook (Mary) of Lamar, Lynn Cook of Florence, Jerry Cook of Timmonsville and Jeanette Lewellyn of Timmonsville; and his close friend Peggy Miles of Scranton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
