Avant (Scranton, South Carolina), born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on November 23, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Dale Avant and Janice Lorene Grimsley Avant. He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Avant (Stephanie) of Scranton and Rocky Avant of Florence; his sister Sharon Villanueva (Francisco) of Coward; his granddaughters, Kaylie Avant and Khloe Avant; his niece Jessica Avant; his nephew Gaston Villanueva; his uncles, Walter "Binky" Grimsley (Rachel) and Terry Grimsley (Teresa); his cousin Timmy Grimsley; his brother Chris Grimsley; and his caregiver Brenda Matthews. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
