He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Edward Broach and Vendil Idell McKnight Broach; his son Thomas R. Miller; his siblings, Shirley Miller and Lynn Broach; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas L. Miller and Bonnie Munn.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Broach of Scranton; his daughters, Alexis Hutchinson of Florence and Rachel Evans of Florence; his grandchildren, Cody, Alaina Butler, Ava and Jackson Selph; his siblings, Ronnie Broach, Annette Harrison and Teresa McPherson; and his caregivers, Roxanne Eaddy and Shay Altman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
