She was predeceased by: her father Albert Durant "Randy" Powell. She is survived by: her parent Kertrinka Kirby "Tinky" Powell; her husband David Parker; her children, Joseph Alan Powell (Tiffany), Whitney Ann Powell (Samantha) and Victoria Alexandra Parker; her brother Timothy Powell (Amber); her nieces, Morgan Danielle Parker and Kallie Breanna Powell; and her friends, Karen Parker (Woody) and Marie Thaxton. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephew, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Carolina Funeral Home, 215 E. Highway 378 Bypass, Scranton, SC 29591 in memory of Mary P. "Libby" Parker.
