She was predeceased by: her spouse Wally Earl Wise; her parents, Hancy Andrew "H. A." Humphries and Evelyn Cantey Humphries; her grandson Garrett Wise; her great grandchild Quinn Watson; and her brother-in-law J. F. Reynolds.
She is survived by: her sons, Myron Wise (Barbara) of Prospect, Rick Wise (Paula) of Camden and Randy Wise of Prospect; her grandchildren, Ashley Watson (Tyler), Amanda Ellen Collins (Jeffrey), Austin "Audie" Wise (Katie), Heather Mims (Joshua), Brittany Smedley (Joshua) and Tanner Wise; her sister Nancy Reynolds; her niece Nannette Bradshaw (Rusty); and her caregivers, Catherine Elmore, Dara Locklair, Amy Evans and Penny Patterson. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Carolina Funeral Home (215 E Hwy 378 Byp, Lake City, SC 29591). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Carolina Funeral Home Chapel (215 E Hwy 378 Byp, Lake City, SC 29591). A burial was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at the Garden of Devotion (800 S Georgetown Hwy, Johnsonville, SC 29555).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
