He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Marian DeAnna "DeDe" Lowder; the mother of his child Carlene Lowder of Lake City; his grandchildren, Harper Drew, Carlie and Brinkley; his siblings, Wyman Lowder (Karon) and Teressa Lowder of Scranton; his niece Megan Powell (Ward); and his great-nephew Heston Powell.
