It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lottie Bell Smith of Scranton, South Carolina, born in Dillon, South Carolina, who passed away on July 31, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Foley Victor McKellar and Willie Mae Locke McKellar. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Smith Bell (Michael) of Seven Lakes, NC, Amanda Smith Ward (Ricky) of Scranton and Jennifer Smith of Columbia; her grandchildren, Lindsey Alexander (Justin) of Florence, Dr. Rebekah Riccardi (Nick) of Columbia and Lane Ward of Scranton; and her great grandchild Layton Alexander.
