It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lizzie Brown (Scranton, South Carolina), born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald D. Brown; her parents, Joseph Lee and Eliza Parrott Lee; her husband Retired Master Sergeant Gerald D.; her sons, Larry D. Brown and Jeffrey L. Brown; her siblings, Nita Dennis (Carl), Hilbert Lee (Edith), Ashton Lee (Margaret), Beulah Lee, William Lee and Billy Joe Lee (Connie); and her sister-in-law Roylee Lee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joanne Brown Revell of Scranton and Teresa Elmore (Bryan) of Scranton; her grandchildren, Jenna Revell Bates (John) of Florence, Larry Douglas "Doug" Brown, Jr. (Kira) of Effingham and Caitlyn M. Brown of Florence; her great grandchildren, Maylee Ellis Brown of Effingham, Larry Douglas Brown, III of Effingham, Chandler Bates of Florence and Cole Bates of Florence; her siblings, Laurie E. Lee of Lake City, Curtis Lee (Judy) of Scranton, Shelby Knotts (Gene) of Scranton and Shirley Jordan (Carl) of Scranton; and her sister-in-law Jozell Lee of Lake City.
