He is survived by: his father Joe Mays (Dora Ann) of Pamplico; his wife Debby; his sons, Connor and Carson; and his siblings, Susan Smith (Rodney), Tim Mays (Cindy) of Pamplico and Julie Touron of Williamsburg, VA.
