He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ray Brown and Gladys Burnette Brown; and his sister Tracy Lynn Brown. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Weatherford Brown; his daughters, Kelsey Brown Driggers (Adam) of Scranton and Kara Brown of Pamplico; his grandchildren, Easton Lane Driggers of Scranton, Naten Lee Driggers of Scranton, Matthew Lane Wise of Effingham and Sara Grace Wise of Effingham; and his brother Kent Brown (Lucille Feagin) of Coward.
