He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Miles and Linnie Poston Miles; and his siblings, Pearl Hatchell, Doris Duke, James Miles, Colonel Lee Miles, Laverne Miles, Carlton Miles, Julie Shokes and Will Rogers "Buddy" Miles.
He is survived by: his children, Kenny Miles (Cindy Kelley) of Lexington and Kathy Floyd (John Wright) of Lake City; his grandchildren, Tara Jane Snead (Christopher), Spencer Floyd (Allison Love), Ann Miles and Aleshia Roberts (Travis); and his great grandchildren, Delaney, Darby Snead, Lily Kate, Lane, Baker Floyd and Holtin Roberts. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
