He is survived by: his parent Victoria Kirby Harper; his wife Mildred Altman Harper of Coward; his children, Robbie Harper of Florence, Tammy Shady (Stanley) of Coward and Kent Harper (Shannon) of Scranton; his grandchildren, Joseph Wright Harper, III, Mary Elizabeth Schilling, Dustin Shady, Dawson Harper, Brittany Stone, Destiny Hicks and Brooklen Hicks; and his great grandchildren, Katie, Ethan, Emerson, Daisy, Riley, Landon and Zaylon.
