With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Legare Harley (Scranton, South Carolina), who passed away on October 20, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Legare Harley and Leona Harley (Kizer); and his sister Faye Carter. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Harley (Floyd); his sons, Mike (Kim) and Greg (Manda); his grandchildren, Kamryn and Kate; and his siblings, Mary Anne Griffin, Linda Swindell and Ray. He is also survived by siblings.
