He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie W. Locklair and Olivia Floyd Locklair; his former wife Hattie Gaymon Locklair; and his wife Laura Welch Locklair. He is survived by: his daughter Pam Matthews (Rex) of Florence; his grandchildren, Seth Matthews (Courtney), Ridge Matthews (Ashley), Jayden Matthews, Jaxson Matthews, Emerson Matthews and Sutton Grace Matthews; and his sisters, Dorothy Gaymon of Olanta and Elizabeth Floyd of Georgetown.
