He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Feagin and Vera Welch Parker Feagin; and his siblings, W. K. Parker, Purlon Parker and Ruth Miles.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Tilton Feagin of Cades; his children, Earl Feagin of Cades, Glen Feagin (Janice) of Lake City and Melissa Cusaac (Emory) of Timmonsville; his grandchildren, Dana Sisk (Matthew) of Cades, Sabrina Watkins of Lake City and Eddie Adams of Lamar; and his great grandchildren, Carsyn Watkins of Lake City and Gabriel Feagin of Lake City.
