He was predeceased by: his parents, L. Revis Guy and Bertis Owens Guy; his daughter Amy Michelle Guy; and his brother Joe A. Guy. He is survived by: his wife Janice McCutcheon Guy; and his son James "Jamie" Guy, Jr. of Florence. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
