He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Daughtry and Elizabeth Hill Daughtry; his brother Frank Daughtry; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Daughtry, Bette Daughtry and Robert Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Geanie Daughtry of Lake City; his children, Slate T. Daughtry of Lake City and Paige DiMuzio (Louis) of Summerville; his grandsons, Trey DiMuzio of Summerville, Jack DiMuzio (Autumn) of Daniel Island and Sam DiMuzio of Summerville; his siblings, Colonel Ben Daughtry of Maryland, Walter Daughtry (Gay) of Smithfield, NC, Lola Strickland of Pine Level, NC, Ellen Powell of Atlanta, GA and Lillian Holland (Darryl) of Virginia; and his friend Sheriff T. J. Joye (Ginger). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
