He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Woodard and Annie Mae Middleton Woodard; his brothers, Luther Woodard (Dot) and David Woodard (Rheta); and his brothers-in-law, Charlie Jernigan and Louie Elmore.
He is survived by: his wife Mickey B. Woodard of Pamplico; his daughters, Debbie Lowder (Chuck) of Pamplico and Lisa Neuffer (Roland) of Lake Wylie; his sister Millie Jernigan; his grandchildren, Chase Lowder of Charleston, Carson Lowder of Charleston, Garrett Neuffer of Lake Wylie and Addison Neuffer of Lake Wylie; and his sister-in-law Harriett Elmore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
