He was predeceased by: his wife Harriett Oakley Parrott; his parents, Sid W. Parrott and Sallie Alma Matthews Parrott; his stepsons, Jamie Hicks and Sam Hicks; and his siblings, Sydney F. Parrott, Donald Parrott, Harry Lee Parrott, Lois P. Gill and Annell P. Matthews.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Sauls (Mike) of Lake City, Carol Cox (Danny) of Timmonsville, Lisa Hallman (Jeff) of Saluda and Linda Pate (Jack) of Coward; his stepchildren, Jerry Hicks (Patty), Joanne Fennel (Arnold), Vivian Matthews (James) and Linda Nettles (Don); his grandchildren, Cliff Sauls (Melissa), Darby Sauls (Kate), Kristin Bailey (Lance), Cole Hallman (Kendall), Emily Hallman (Sean Boyle), Noah Hallman, Jay Pate (Brittany) and Tyler Pate (Ali Thomas); his caregiver Faye Hunt; his nephew Warren Parrott; and also Whitney Hunt. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews and other relatives and friends.
