He is survived by: his spouse Sue Ann Butler Avin; his parent Jacquelyn Bostick Avin; his son Billy Avin (Taylor) of Florence; his granddaughter Lily Avin; his sisters, Gloria Mishoe (Edsell) of Socastee and Lynne Huggins (Donny) of Pamplico; and his nephews, Brian Mishoe and Lee Huggins.
