He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Ann Calcutt McClam; his niece Faith Lee; and his sister Crystal McClam. He is survived by: his father Lamar Lee McClam; his siblings, Wendy Lee (Butch) of Scranton, Gail Matthews (Richard) of Scranton and Chad McClam of Scranton; his nieces and nephews, Dalton Matthews, Cannlyn Matthews, Shayne Matthews, Andrew Lee (Liza) and Ashley Locklair (Stevie); his great-nieces, Bevin Locklair and Abigail Lee; and his great-nephew Charles Lee.
