He is survived by: his son Richard Parker (Nell); his grandchildren, Renee Welch (Starlin), Chad Parker (Trudy), Hope Huggins (Chandler Windham), Kelly Mixon (Brad), Amy Chockley, Lucas Chockley and Gerald "Pee Wee" Chockley; his great grandchildren, Parker McGee, Carter Mixon, Hailey Huggins, Stephanie Rauch, Amber McKenzie (Ken), Spencer Welch (Laiken), Chance Langston (Kinnedie), Matthew Parker, Hailey Parker, Starr Welch, Tyler Chockley, Lizzie Chockley, Jordan Chockley and Jessica Chockley; his great great grandchildren, Charlie, Kash, Landon, Briar, Wylder, Lily, Lizzie, Jordan, Adam and Kaylee Pack; and his siblings, Sammy Parker, Dianne Parker and Mellie Nettles.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Olanta Pentecostal Holiness Church. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
