He is survived by: his wife Libby A. Collins of Scranton; his children, Ashley Ammons Evans (Jason) of Darlington, Elizabeth Collins of Thomasville, AL, Charlie Collins, Jr. (Mary Keith Hill) of Scranton and Troy Ammons (Megan) of New Hope; his grandchildren, Madison Newton and Talen Ammons; and his sisters, Margaret Wise (ML) of Pamplico, Martha Medlock (Roger) of Mt. Pleasant and Betty Snead of Laurel Hill, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
