He is survived by: his children, Susan Huggins and Rex Warren Huggins (Jane); his grandchildren, Miranda Huggins, Mary-Elizabeth Huggins Carroll (Jon), Charlie Huggins and Alek Huggins; his great grandchildren, Henry and Walker; and his siblings, Jimmy Huggins, Clint Huggins, Julie Hancock, Jeannette Burgess and Elaine Huggins.
