We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2021, at the age of 84, Billy Todd (Scranton, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Artie Leo Todd and Ruby Causey Todd; and his siblings, Roy Tedder, Ray Tedder, Bennie Todd and Brenda Brigham.
He is survived by: his wife Lucy Janewood Hardee Todd of Coward; his daughters, Melinda Ross of Greelyville, Glory Riner of Scranton and Martha Jane Todd of St. Stephens; his grandchildren, Angela Organ, James Ross (Jessica), Rebekka Baxley, Rachel McFadden (Brian), Stephanie Hardee, Kayla Hardee, Abigail Riner and Gracie Floyd; and his sister Lillie Mae Morris of Myrtle Beach. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19, the family request for everyone to wear a mask and please maintain the 6 foot social distancing and to please refrain from handshaking and hugging one another.
