He is survived by: his parents, Johny McCormick and Joyce Edgemon McCormick; his wife Laurie "Michele" McCormick; his children, Amber Michele McCormick of St. Matthews and Austin Ray McCormick of St. Matthews; and his brother Steve McCormick (Minnie) of McBee, S. C.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
