He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Andrew Polomsky, Sr. and Dorothy Dean Machett Polomsky. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Jean Tucker Polomsky; his children, Debbie Cain (Mark) and Steve Polomsky; his stepsons, Anthony Sams (Melanie) and Sonny Sams (Lily); and his brother Bob Polomsky (Marilyn).
