He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bair Jones and Mamie Wiles Jones; his son Jeffrey Glenn Jones; his brother John William Jones; and his siblings-in-law, Deloris Jones, Herbert Smith and L. C. Chance.
He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Griffin Jones; his daughter Melissa Jones Ardis (Randy); his siblings, Tommy Jones (Harriett), Malcolm Jones (Rosemary), Joan Jones Chance and Frances Jones Smith; and his daughter-in-law Janice Wolfe. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
Memorials in Aubrey's memory can be made to Santee Bible Baptist Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
