He was predeceased by: his parent James Oliver; and his sisters, Beatrice Ellington, Hilda Brown and Elaine Mick. He is survived by: his parent Mary Payne Padgett; his wife Gaynelle Padgett; his son Ted M. Padgett (Debra) of Pendleton; his grandchildren, Thomas Padgett, Tim Padgett, Jonathan Terry (Kimberly) and Brooke Terry Jones (Adam); his great grandchildren, Emory Terry, Ellison Terry and Riley Jones; and his brothers, Gary Padgett of Sandy Springs and Roger Padgett of LaFrance.
