He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Boulware and Hortense Johnson Webb; his grandparents, Benjamin F., Bennie Griffith Webb, Will Piper and Elizabeth Bowers Johnson; and his sibling Thomas E. Webb (Dyan) of Greenwood, S. C.
He is survived by: his daughters, Andrea W. Workman of Panama City and Susanna W. Bergenroth (Brandon) of Hillsborough, N. C.; his grandchildren, Holden and Molly Bergenroth of Hillsborough, N. C.; his siblings, Frances E. Webb of Riverview, Alice Wright (Everette) of Winter Garden and Wm Frank Webb (Susan) of Clemson, S. C.; and his friend Colette Forrest Dragoo. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
