He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramond Leroy Fulmer, Sr. and Margaret Gladys Padgett Fulmer; his significant other Sandra Kaye Beam Fulmer; and his siblings, Raymond L. Fulmer, Jr., W. M. Fulmer and Evon Maw.
He is survived by: his daughter Angie F. Rita (Randy) of Saluda; his grandson Zac Rita (Cary) of Anderson; his great grandchild Caroline Rita; his brother-in-law Tim Kerby (Melvia); and his pet Rufus. He is also survived by several nieces, a nephew and cousins.
Memorials may be made to Saving Saluda Strays (c/o Pet Care of Newberry, 436 Wilson Rd., Newberry, SC 29108) to honor of his rescue dog, Rufus.
