Sallie Allene Able Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sallie Allene Able of Saluda, South Carolina, who passed away on January 21, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delton Thomas and Maggie Carter King; and her siblings, JD King, Bert King and Andrenna Holland.
She is survived by: her husband Oscar Able; her children, Oscar "Rock" Able (Melanie) of Oak Ridge, NC, Barry Able (Adriane) of Saluda, Ronnie Able (Jill) of Saluda and Sylvia Able of Shallotte, NC; and her siblings, Maxine Johnson of Lexington, SC, Margaret Lee of Dunwoody, GA, Iris Huggins of Loris, SC, Gloria Hayes of Myrtle Beach, SC and Carroll King of Leesville, SC. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
