Robert Alton Gibson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Alton Gibson (Saluda, South Carolina), who passed away on November 19, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Rufus Gibson and Ruby Lee Sanders Gibson; his brothers, Doyle Gibson and Carl Gibson; and his son-in-law Kenneth Bunnells.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Peek (John) of Mt. Pleasant, Mary Lee Bunnells of Saluda and Angela Rodgers (Mike) of Ward; and his sisters, Daisy Massey of West Columbia and Sandra Blount. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
