He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Elaine Turner Blackmon of Saluda; his children, Wally Fuller (Karen) of Myrtle Beach, Rhonda Lynn Turner (Vic) of Ninety Six, Rachel Schultz (Robert) of Ninety Six, Rodger Blackmon of Ninety Six and Randy Blackmon of Chappells; and his stepchildren, Kelly Nash of Johnston, Julie Walker of Johnston and Lee Glanton of Edgefield. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
