We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2021, at the age of 90, Louise Powell Blackwell in Saluda, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Casey Roxanne Dominick. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Bledsoe (Danny) of Saluda and Jane Stiles (William "Bill" Jones) of Saluda; her grandchildren, James Lee Shorter (English Kerby) of Saluda and Heather Christine Dominick of Saluda; and her great grandchildren, Layla Usry, Kaisley Usry and Hadley Raye Shorter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
