She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Fojtik and Dorothy L. Fojtik; and her brother John P. "Sonny" Fojtik, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Brad Lee Bundrick (Carrie) of Lexington; her brother Marvin Fojtik of Galveston, Texas; and her grandsons, Daniel and Landon Bundrick (Tommy Forrest).
