It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Mitchell Wingert in Saluda, South Carolina, born in Richland, South Carolina, who passed away on January 20, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. W. "Bill" Mitchell, Sr. and Kathryn Ruby Allen Mitchell; and her daughter Norene Denise "Rene" Overpeck. She is survived by: her children, James William Glover of Columbia, Marla Glover Quick of Lexington and Cherie Glover Ergle of Irmo; and her brother John William Mitchell, Jr. of Cross Anchor. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
