With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judy Ann Kitchens Wertz of Saluda, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 9, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Bubba Kitchens and Sara Katherine Hastings Wood; her sister Virginia Williams; and her granddaughter Whitney Goldman McGee (Kasey). She is survived by: her spouse Advil Duprea "A. D." Wertz, Jr.; her children, Bunny Wertz Coker (Frankie) of Chappells and Advil Clay Wertz (Sally) of Ninety-Six; her sister Patricia Williams of Ninety-Six; her grandchildren, Kayla Black (Ryan), Carley Coker and Summer Wertz; her great grandchildren, Kirk McGee, Tripp McGee, Kabe McGee, Colton Black, Presley Black and Kitty Gardziel; and her pet Pea Pea.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Good Hope Baptist Church (1738 Greenwood Hwy, Saluda, SC 29138). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
